20 Locations in North Carolina: Goshen Medical Center has 20 conveniently located
health care centers and medical clinics throughout southeastern North Carolina (NC).
The Best Doctors and Staff: Our doctors and staff include board-certified physicians,
board-eligible physicians, dentists, family nurse practitioners, physician assistants, plus
a licensed family counselor and a pharmacist.
Wide Range of Medical Services: Our medical healthcare services include but are not
limited to family practice, general practice, obstetrics and gynecology (ob/gyn),
pediatrics, geriatric medicine, internal medicine, mental health, diabetic education, and
dentistry. In addition, many locations have an on-site lab. We also work with four
participating 340B pharmacies for low cost prescriptions.
Serving Patients With Insurance and Without Insurance: At Goshen Medical Center,
insurance worries never stand in the way of receiving quality health care. We make sure
that service is available regardless of insurance status, meaning no one has to worry
about affording quality care.
Goshen Medical Center accepts most major insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and HMO’s.
For the uninsured, we can arrange for sliding-scale fees for physician and other
expenses. We partner with pharmaceutical companies to offer a patient assistance
program (PAP) for free medicine to those who qualify.
Regardless of your primary health care requirement, your insurance status or your
immigration status, affordable care is available at Goshen Medical Center.
Appointments Preferred - Walk-ins Welcome: Goshen Medical Center physicians, nurse
practitioners, and physician assistants are available for appointments Monday through
Friday. Same day appointments are available when the schedule permits. Our medical
clinics always try to accommodate walk-in appointments but it's best to make an
appointment to avoid extra long wait times.
Please Note The Following: Some insurances require a referral from a primary-care
physician before an appointment can be scheduled for specialty services, such as OB or
podiatry, etc.
Patients must remember to bring their insurance card.
For anyone who is uninsured, proof of income and family size is required to become
eligible for reduced fees for doctor’s visits, prescriptions and for lab services.
